What does "customer service" mean?
We know that this term has been overused lately, so we feel that it couldn't hurt to clarify what it means to us:

• Courtesy.  This may seem obvious, but it's amazing how often courtesy is forgotten.  It means picking up the phone when you call, and a quick call back if we miss your call.  It also means updating you on where a transaction is going on a regular basis.
• Honesty.  Trust is everything. We are honest and forthcoming in all our business and personal dealings.
• Reliability.  Showing up on time, following through on promises, and keeping our word are very important to us.
